Book Maren in two-hour blocks for a staff event, a busy season or an ordinary Friday. One chair, a quiet corner, and a sign-up list for whoever wants a turn.

One two-hour block
How many people fit in a block
Sessions run 15 minutes each, with a minute or two between people, so four staff an hour and eight per block. Maren arrives 20 minutes early to set up the chair; that time is not part of your block.
One 15-minute sessionChangeover a minute or two
More people want a turn? Switch to 10-minute sessions and twelve fit in a block. Longer events book back-to-back blocks with a short break between.

What we need from you
A quiet corner
About 2 by 2 metres with a door or a screen, out of the main walkway.
A power outlet
One standard outlet within reach, for a small lamp and the speaker.
Someone with the list
A contact who keeps the sign-up sheet and points people to the room. Maren sends a simple sheet ahead of the day.

What your staff can expect
- Clothes stay on. No oil or lotion, nothing to change into.
- The chair leans forward with a padded face rest and armrest.
- Work covers the back, shoulders, neck, arms and hands.
- Each person sets the pressure and can stop at any time.
- No forms to fill in beyond a name on the sign-up sheet.
- Back at their desk 15 minutes later.
