Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach us.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada's accessibility laws.
What we have done on this website
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible amber focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast against the dark navy background and the light form panel.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
- Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative ones, like the route line and the numbered pins, are hidden from screen readers.
- The travel zone rings and the room-size drawing carry a text description, and the same facts are written out in words beside them.
- The price table uses real column and row headers, and scrolls on its own on narrow screens instead of shrinking the text.
- Questions and answers use standard expandable sections that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
- A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and the result of sending the form is announced.
- Hover transitions switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Reaching us without the form
You never have to use the online form. Call or text (555) 555-0116, or email hello@roamwell.example, and we will take your request with you.
Known limitations
The zone rings are a simplified drawing, not a street map; the rates page names the areas in each zone in words. If you find anything on this website that is hard to use, please tell us.
