Home visit prices include travel anywhere inside Edmonton. St. Albert and Sherwood Park add one flat fee per visit. Nothing else is added at the door.

Anywhere inside Edmonton city limits: downtown, Oliver, Old Strathcona, Mill Woods, Terwillegar, Castle Downs, Windermere and everywhere between.

If plans change
Text, call or email to move or cancel. Each visit holds a spot on a day's route that is hard to fill at short notice, so the charge depends on how much warning there is.

Workplace days: free to move or cancel up to 3 business days before, then half the booked blocks. If Maren has to cancel because of snow, illness or the van, you pay nothing and get first pick of the next openings.
Payment and receipts
Paying at the end
- Pay after the session by debit or credit card tap, e-transfer or exact cash.
- An itemized receipt arrives by email the same day, with the date, length and price.
- Workplace days are invoiced to the company after the day.
- Roamwell does not bill anyone else directly.
- No deposit to request a time, and no card details taken in advance.
- Tips are never expected.
