We call you to book the visit, so you don't have to remember. Cancel any time; we refund the months you haven't used if no visit has happened yet.

Year-Round
$299
per year, plus GST

- Priority booking: you go to the front of the line on a no-heat call

- A filter and a humidifier pad at each visit
Priority booking means you're next in line when you call. It isn't a promised arrival time, and in a deep cold snap the wait can still be a few hours.
Each visit
What the technician checks
About an hour per system. You get a written list of what we found, including anything we'd watch next year.
Furnace or boiler
- Combustion test and carbon monoxide reading
- Burners, igniter and flame sensor cleaned
- Heat exchanger inspected with a camera
- Gas pressure and temperature rise measured
- Venting and outside intake pipes checked for frost and blockage
- Blower motor, wheel and belt (if any) cleaned and checked
- Condensate trap and drain flushed
- Thermostat tested, filter replaced
Air conditioner
- Outdoor coil rinsed and fins straightened
- Refrigerant pressures and temperature split measured
- Capacitor and contactor tested
- Fan motor and blades checked
- Indoor coil and drain line cleaned
- Electrical connections tightened
- Unit checked for level on its pad
Plan questions
Do I need a plan to get a tune-up?
No. A single tune-up is $159 for one furnace or one air conditioner. The plans make sense if you'd book it every year anyway.
I have a boiler, not a furnace. Which plan?
Either plan covers a boiler instead of a furnace at the same price. If you have a boiler and ductless cooling, Year-Round covers both.
What if a repair is needed during the visit?
We tell you what's wrong and the price, with your plan discount taken off. Nothing is done until you say yes.
Can I pay monthly?
Not yet. Both plans are billed once a year when you join and on the same date after that, with a reminder two weeks before.
