Rekey and lock changes
Make the old keys useless, without a new door.
Rekeying changes the pins inside the lock you already have, so only your new keys turn it. It is cheaper than new hardware and takes about 10 minutes a lock.

After a lockout
Your keys went missing, not just inside.
If the bag or keys were lost with your address on something, rekey the same visit. We are already there, so you pay one call-out.
