Services and price guide
Typical time on site and a price range for every task we do. Ranges, not promises: what is behind the wall can change the job, and if it does, we tell you before we carry on.

One-hour minimum per visit, then 15-minute steps. Smaller prices below apply when a task shares a visit with other work. Two techs: $170 an hour.

Inside Calgary city limits. Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks add a $30 trip charge.

Mounting and assembly
We find the studs, use the right anchor for what is behind the wall, and check level twice. Bring your own bracket or we supply one at cost.

Over 40 kg, or a mirror taller than 150 cm? We send two techs and quote it first.
Repairs
The small damage every house collects. Drywall needs drying time, so some repairs are two short visits rather than one long one.

Water damage behind the patch? We stop and show you before going further. If it is a leak, that is a plumber first.
Small carpentry
Cuts made in the driveway on our mitre saw, with dust control. We don’t build decks or additions, but we’ll fix the rail on one.

Fixture swaps
Like-for-like swaps that don’t need a permit. Anything wired to the house, like a light fixture or a new outlet, we refer to a licensed electrician.

Gutters and exterior
Hand-cleaned, bagged and hauled away, never blown onto your lawn. Two-storey houses at most; we stay off steep roofs.

Gutters are booked on dry days only. If it rains, we move you to the next open window and text you first.
Weatherproofing
Cold air gets in around doors, windows and the attic hatch. These are the cheap fixes that make the furnace work less.

Move-in and move-out
For tenants, landlords and anyone selling. One tech and a full van for a set block of time, working your list in the order you choose.

Send the list ahead and we pack the parts the night before. Unused time on a block is not refunded, but we will tell you if your list looks shorter than the block.

Send a photo and a sentence, and we reply the same working day with a time estimate and a price range. If we can’t do it, or shouldn’t, we say so and point you to someone who can.
