Accessibility statement

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.

What we have done on this website

• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast. Our yellow is used behind dark text, never as text on a light background.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
• Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
• A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
• Price tables keep their row and column headings, and on narrow screens each value is labelled.
• Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and the result of sending the form is announced.
• Animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
• The site is available in ten languages, including Hebrew and Arabic laid out right to left.

Booking without the form

You never have to use the online form. Call or text (555) 555-0147, or email hello@levelset.example, and we will take the request with you. If you need something on the visit itself, such as a tech who texts rather than calls, extra time at the door or a set of written notes, tell us and we will arrange it.

Known limitations

The photographs are illustrative, and their descriptions are brief rather than detailed. The date field in the booking form uses your browser’s own date picker, which some screen readers announce differently; you can also type the date, or write it in the jobs box. If you find anything on this website that is hard to use, please tell us.
