How a day is planned

A window, not “sometime Tuesday.”

Each van runs five two-hour windows a day. We plan the route the night before, so the window you confirm is the one we keep. If a job before yours runs long, you hear it from us first, with a new time, not from an empty driveway.

  • A text the evening before with your tech’s name and the window.
  • A second text when they are about 30 minutes away.
  • Miss the window by more than 30 minutes and the first hour is on us.

02 / How it works

From your list to a finished job.

  1. 01Send the list

    Tell us what needs doing

Use the booking form, call or text. Photos help: a hole in the wall, the box the shelf came in, the bracket you bought.

  2. 02Get a range

We reply with time and price

Within the same working day: a time estimate, a price range from our guide and the first windows we have open.

  3. 03We arrive

    One tech, a full van

Drop cloths down, shoes off or covered, the job checked with you before the first screw goes in.

  4. 04Walk-through

    You check it, then pay

We walk the work with you and clean up. Invoice by email: debit, credit card or e-Transfer.

03 / Seasonal plans

Two visits a year. The house stays ahead.

Calgary is hard on a house: chinooks, hail, freeze and thaw. A spring and a fall visit catch the small things before they turn into a claim. Plans start at $340 a year, and there is one for landlords.

Straight answer

What we refer out.

Some work needs a licence and a permit. We don’t do it, and we’ll tell you so on the first call. We can pass on the names of licensed trades we have worked alongside.
