- We read your listThe same working day, or first thing the next if you send it in the evening.
- You get a window and a rangeThe confirmed two-hour window, a time estimate and a price range from our guide.
- You say yesOnly then is it booked. Change or cancel free up to 24 hours before.
- Two texts on the dayThe evening before with your tech’s name, then when they are 30 minutes out.
Before we arrive
- Clear about a metre around where we will work.
- Have your parts or brackets out of the box, if you bought them.
- Tell us about pets, parking and the door to use.
