Most of the people we move have lived in one house for twenty, thirty, fifty years. Some are choosing a condo near the water, some a room in a retirement residence. All of them deserve more than a truck and a crew.
If the person moving can't make every decision on their own any more, we work with whoever holds power of attorney.

The first home visit
A cup of tea and a tape measure
We come to you for about ninety minutes. No sales pitch, and nobody touches a thing.
- We walk through the house with you and hear what matters most.
- We look at the plans or measurements of the new home.
- We talk timing: the sale, the possession date, the residence's move-in day.
- A week later you get a written plan and a price.
The visit is free within Greater Victoria. Family members are welcome to join by phone or video.
