Home repair in Guelph & Wellington County

The jobs on your list, done properly.

The sticking door, the hole behind the bathroom door, the trim that never got finished, the fence board that blew loose in March. Our crew of five turns up when we said we would, does tidy work, and leaves the room cleaner than we found it.

What we take on

Too small for a contractor, too fiddly for a weekend.

Most of our work is a morning or a day. We bring the right tools and the materials, and we can usually knock several jobs off your list in one trip.

And the small stuff

Squeaky stairs, a loose railing, a cabinet door that drops, a towel bar pulled out of the drywall, a bathroom fan cover that rattles. Put them all on one list and we'll quote the lot. More small repairs

What we hand to licensed trades

We swap like-for-like light fixtures, switches and taps. New circuits, panel work, gas, and plumbing behind the wall go to a licensed electrician, plumber or gas fitter. We'll tell you at the estimate and give you names we trust.

How most of our jobs start

"There's a list on the fridge. Some of it has been there since we moved in."

Send us that list as it is, photos if you have them. We'll sort it into what we can do, what needs another trade, and what it should cost, before anyone picks up a tool.

How we price

No mystery numbers.

Small jobs are billed by the hour so you only pay for the time it takes. Anything over a day gets a fixed price after the estimate visit. Either way, you see the number before we start.
