How a job runs
One person who knows your build.
Every project gets one of our two site leads. They walk the lot with you before the quote, they are on site most days, and they answer your texts. You will never be passed between a salesperson, a project manager and a foreman.
- A written schedule
- Week by week, handed over with the contract and updated when anything moves. If a date slips, you hear why from us first.
- A shared photo log
- Photos and short notes from site, so you can see the footings, the framing and what is inside the walls before drywall covers it.
- A walkthrough you lead
- At the end you walk the house with your site lead and a list. We fix what is on it before the holdback is released.

We are not the right builder for it, and we would rather say so now. Kitchens, bathrooms and basements with no structural or exterior work go to a renovation firm we trust and have worked beside for years.
