Flat rates, written down.
Weekday prices in Canadian dollars. Labour and standard parts are included; HST is added on top. If a job needs something not listed here, we quote it before we start.
01Drain clearing

03Basement protection

04Everyday repairs and winter calls

05Sewer repair and replacement

About the digging. We don't own an excavator. For spot repairs and full replacements, the digging is done by a partner excavation company we work with regularly. Their part is a separate line on your quote, utility locates are booked before anyone digs, and we're on site for all the pipe work. You deal with one company: us.
The rules
Call-outs, travel and after-hours
Trip charge, main area
Weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. inside our no travel fee area. Outer areas add $45. See the map.
After hours
Evenings, Saturday afternoons and Sundays, added once per visit. Statutory holidays are +$225. We tell you the total before we drive out.
If you decide not to go ahead
When we diagnose and you choose not to proceed, you pay the $119 diagnostic visit only. It's taken off the bill if we do the work.
The price we quote is the price you pay, unless we find something different once a drain is open. If that happens we stop, show you, and you decide before anything changes.
