Flavours, sizes and prices
Every cake is four layers of sponge with three layers of filling, covered in Swiss meringue buttercream. Pick a flavour and a size, then tell us how it should look.
Sponge flavours
- Vanilla bean
- Buttery and light, with real vanilla seeds.
- Dark chocolate
- Dutch cocoa and a splash of coffee for depth.
- Lemon poppy seed
- Bright and sharp. Best with lemon curd.
- Brown butter maple
- Nova Scotia maple syrup and toasted butter.
- Red velvet
- Mild cocoa, buttermilk, cream cheese icing.
- Earl Grey and honey
- Tea-steeped milk, wildflower honey.
- Carrot and spice
- Cinnamon, ginger, raisins; walnuts if you like.
- Strawberry
- Summer only, June to September, with local berries.

Choose up to two. Fruit fillings are made in the studio from berries we freeze in season.

Sizes and servings
How much cake you need
Party slices are about 1 inch wide, the size served at a buffet. Dessert slices are twice that, for a sit-down meal. Prices are a starting point for a buttercream finish with piped detail.

Six, a dozen or two dozen
Any sponge flavour from the list, one flavour per six, with a swirl of buttercream and a simple topping. Boxed and ready to carry.
