Moncton, NB · Metal roofs only
Metal roofs built for Maritime winters
We install standing-seam panels and stamped metal shingles on houses, cottages, garages and barns. Every quote starts with a visit to your roof and a tape measure, not a guess over the phone.

Scope of work
What we install, and what we leave to others
We do one thing: metal roofs. Saying no to the rest keeps our crews practised at the details that make a metal roof last.
We install
- Standing-seam panelsConcealed fasteners, 24 or 26 gauge steel, for houses and cottages.
- Stamped metal shinglesThe look of slate or shake, interlocking steel tiles.
- Garages, barns and outbuildingsSimple roofs, often a single slope or a plain gable.
- Snow guards, ridge vents and flashingPart of every job, priced in the quote.
We don't
- Asphalt shingle roofsNot new, not repairs. We can name a few good shingle roofers.
- Flat or low-slope membrane roofsBelow a 3/12 pitch, a membrane specialist is the right call.
- Metal over two old shingle layersIf your roof already has two layers, we tear off first. No exceptions.
Why metal here
Heavy snow, salt wind and long winters suit steel
- 01 / Snow
It lets snow go
Smooth panels shed snow instead of holding it, so less weight sits on the roof and fewer ice dams form at the eaves. Snow guards keep it from sliding onto steps and cars.
- 02 / Wind
It stays put
Standing-seam panels lock to hidden clips along their full length. There are no shingle tabs for a nor'easter to lift and peel back.
- 03 / Time
It outlasts shingles
A well-installed steel roof typically lasts several decades. Many homeowners re-roof once with metal instead of two or three times with asphalt.
The site visit
We measure before we price
A metal roof is cut to fit, so a number pulled from satellite photos is never close enough. One of us comes out, walks the roof where it's safe, checks the attic, and measures every plane. You get a written quote within three business days of the visit.
- Roof area
- Every plane, in squares
- Pitch
- Measured on each slope
- Layers
- What's under the current roof
- Deck
- Soft spots and rot
- Penetrations
- Chimneys, vents, skylights
