What weddings and events usually cost
Every booking gets an itemised written proposal. These numbers help you plan before we talk. All prices are in Canadian dollars, before GST and PST.

Small wedding
Up to 50 guests
$3,000 to $5,500
Wedding party flowers, a pair of ceremony arrangements, low centrepieces, cake flowers.
Mid-size wedding
80 to 130 guests
$7,000 to $11,000
A full arch, aisle pieces, mixed centrepieces, a head table garland and bar flowers.
Large wedding
150 to 250 guests
$13,000 to $22,000 and up
Everything above, elevated centrepieces and at least one hanging installation.

Three payments, no surprises

Deposit
Holds your date once you accept the proposal. It isn't refundable, because we turn other couples away for your day.
40%
Ninety days out
Covers the flower pre-orders we place with BC growers and importers.
30%
Six weeks out
Due with your final details. After this, counts can go up but not down.
We take e-transfer and cheque. Card payments add 2.4%.
