Accessibility statement

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.

What we have done on this website

• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast on the dark background.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
• Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative images and line drawings are hidden from screen readers.
• A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
• Price lists are real tables with column and row headers.
• The flowers in season each month are written out in words, not shown by colour alone.
• The sample budget bars on the pricing page repeat ranges that are written next to them in text.
• The planning timeline is an ordered list, read in order by screen readers.
• The consultation form is grouped into sections with headings, every field has a visible label, each field says whether it is required, and the result of sending the form is announced.
• Animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
