Winery dinners, launches and long lunches
The same care we give weddings, for tables that seat six or two hundred. Every event gets a written proposal, delivery and setup by the two of us.
IWinery dinners
Long tables between the vines
Long-table dinners are most of our event work from May to October. We run garlands and low arrangements down tables of 40 to 200 seats, keep the centre low so people can talk across it, and choose flowers that stand up to afternoon heat on a patio.
Winery tables start at $28 per linear foot, with candles and holders on loan.

Corporate events
Lobby and stage arrangements, registration tables and client dinners for launches, galas and conferences.

Bridal and baby showers: a welcome piece, table flowers and a small floral backdrop for photos.

Rehearsal and welcome dinners
The night before the wedding, often at a winery or a rented lake house. We can echo the wedding flowers.

Birthdays, anniversaries and dinners at home: table flowers and candles for six to thirty guests.

In every event quote
- A consultation at the studio or by video call
- A written proposal with photos of the flowers we plan to use
- Vases, candle holders and stands on loan
- Delivery and setup by both of us
- A last check and water top-up before guests arrive
- Collection of every vessel after the event
Events have a $380 minimum before delivery. Prices are in Canadian dollars before GST and PST.
IVDelivery and setup
We bring it, set it and clear it
Setup is included for the first two hours. We arrive with everything built, then finish the tables in the room so nothing wilts on the drive.
- Delivery in Kelowna: $65
- West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland: $95
- Vernon, Penticton, Summerland, Naramata: $165
- Setup past two hours: $75 per designer, per hour
