Northlight Condos (555) 555-0105

About

Priya Anand.

I sell condos in downtown Toronto and nothing else. Doing one thing means I’ve read a lot of status certificates, and I know which questions get skipped when people are excited about a view.

I work with first-time buyers, people moving from a house to a condo, and investors who own one or two suites. My assistant, Mateo, keeps the paperwork and the showings moving so that I can spend my time with clients.

Sales representative. Brokerage: Harbourline Realty Ltd.

How I work.

Four habits clients notice early. None of them are complicated; they just take time most people skip.

Buildings before suites

We rule buildings in or out on fees, rules and reserve fund before we spend a Saturday on viewings.

Documents read together

I sit with you over the status certificate and point out what your lawyer will want to look at closely.

Plain numbers

Mortgage, fee, hydro and insurance on one page, so you compare suites by the real monthly cost.

Honest referrals

Freehold houses and commercial leases go to colleagues who do that work every week. I tell you on the first call.

Mateo Ruiz, assistant.

Mateo books showings, registers visitors with front desks, orders status certificates and chases the documents your lawyer asks for. If you call and I’m with a client, he’s the one who answers and gets back to you.

Toronto skyline seen from a park on the islands, people on benches by the water
The downtown skyline from the islands: the stretch of the city I work in.

A first meeting is a conversation, not a contract.

Thirty minutes by phone or at a coffee shop near you. You leave with a plan, whether or not we work together.
