Everything comes on a corn tortilla we press when you order. Prices include the tortilla, the toppings and your pick of salsa. Tax is added at the window.

Grilled fish

White fish rubbed with chile and lime, grilled on the plancha. Cabbage slaw and chipotle mayo.

Three for $18. On festival days it comes beer-battered instead (contains wheat).

Quesadilla V vegetarian

A large pressed tortilla folded over Oaxaca cheese, epazote and roasted poblano. Add chorizo for $3.

Charred corn on the cob with lime crema, cotija and chile. Ontario corn, late July to October.

Made in the kitchen the morning of service.

Agua fresca VG vegan

Two flavours a day from hibiscus, watermelon-mint and cucumber-lime. Lightly sweetened.

Rice soaked overnight with cinnamon and vanilla, blended with a little milk and served over ice.

The three salsas

On the counter, free with everything. Ask to taste first.

Mild

Verde cruda

Raw tomatillo, cilantro, a little serrano and lime. Bright and sharp rather than hot.

Medium

Roja de árbol

Toasted chile de árbol and roasted tomato. Smoky, with a warmth that builds.

Hot

Naranja habanero

Habanero, roasted carrot and sour orange. Fruity first, then properly hot.
