How direct billing works

1

Bring your plan details

Your insurer, plan and member numbers, and the plan holder's date of birth. A photo of the card is fine.

2

We send the claim

We submit it electronically from the desk at the end of your visit. Most insurers answer within minutes.

3

You pay your share

Only the part your plan doesn't cover. For bigger work we send a pre-estimate first, so you know it in advance.

We bill most Canadian insurers directly. A few plans only reimburse the plan holder; in that case you pay us and we still send the claim for you.

Ways to pay

  • Debit
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Cash
  • Payment over a few months for larger treatment, by arrangement

Canadian Dental Care Plan: ask us whether your treatment is covered. Coverage depends on your situation and on the treatment, so we check it with you before we book the work.
