No documents on the first call. Just a conversation.

Most people start with one question: what will a lender want from me? That's what the first call is for.

How long: 20 to 30 minutes, by phone, video or at the office.
We ask: What you do for work and for how long, roughly what you'd like to buy, and when.
You ask: Anything at all, in the language you're most comfortable in.
You'll need: Nothing yet. No documents, no SIN, no credit check.
Afterwards: We send a document checklist made for your situation, in plain words.
