FLR Floor care

Floors that last the winter.

Calgary salt and gravel wear hard floors and carpet fast. We schedule floor work on nights or weekends so nobody walks on a wet floor.

Strip and wax

Old finish stripped to the tile, then four coats of new finish. For vinyl and VCT.

How often
Once or twice a year
Downtime
Off-limits overnight, dry by morning

Scrub and recoat

A machine scrub to lift the dirt, then one or two fresh coats. Keeps a strip job looking new for longer.

How often
Every 3 to 4 months
Downtime
A few hours

Carpet extraction

Spot treatment, then hot-water extraction to pull out salt and grit that vacuuming leaves behind.

How often
2 to 4 times a year
Downtime
6 to 8 hours to dry, fans on

Not sure what you need?

Most sites need less than people expect. We will walk it with you and write down only what makes sense. We do not do biohazard or trauma cleanup, or exterior high-rise windows.
