- 0 to 10TalkWhat you want, what you've done before, and anything that hurts or has been injured.

We coach lifting. We don't treat.
Our coaches adapt exercises around old injuries, stiff hips and bad days. That's part of coaching. Diagnosing or treating an injury isn't, and we don't do it.
We also don't write meal plans or prep anyone for a bodybuilding show. If you need those, we'll point you to a registered dietitian or a physiotherapist.
Check with your doctor first
If you have a health condition or an injury, or you're pregnant, please talk to your doctor before you start training with us, and tell your coach what they said. Trainers adapt exercises, but they don't treat injuries.
Never lifted? Your first class is free.
