Eleanor runs the side of the team that gets houses ready for market. She walks every listing with the owners, writes the prep list and coordinates the repairs, cleaning, staging and photography partners.
Thomas works with buyers, especially families moving to Calgary for a new job. He does the video walk-throughs, the commute checks and the community briefings for people who can only visit once.
Nadia works with clients selling one home and buying another, most often people leaving a long-time family home. She plans the order of both moves and keeps the dates sensible.
