We are three agents who help families buy and sell detached homes in Calgary. Before we book a showing or list a house, you get a short written plan: budget, timing, what matters most, and what happens on each date between now and possession day.

How we work
One page that keeps everyone honest.
The plan is short on purpose. We write it with you at the first meeting and update it whenever something changes, so you always know what we are doing and why.
- You see the reasoning behind a price or an offer before we act on it.
- Every date that matters is written down: conditions, deposit, lawyer, possession.
- If your plans change, the plan changes. No pressure to stick to a list date.
Selling
Most of a good sale happens before the sign goes up.
Before listing, we walk through the house with you and write down what is worth fixing and what is not. Then we arrange the people to do it through partners we have worked with for years. Every quote comes to you first, you decide what goes ahead, and you pay the trades directly.

We work with families buying and selling homes to live in. We don't handle commercial property, and we don't manage rentals. If that is what you need, ask us and we will point you to firms that do it every day.
