What a visit costs, how receipts work and what happens if you need to cancel. No packages and no paying ahead for blocks of visits.

Receipts for your extended health plan
You pay at the front desk after each visit and leave with a receipt, on paper or by email, showing the date, the visit, the fee and your chiropractor's name. You claim it from your own plan; we don't bill insurers directly.
Chiropractic visits aren't covered by OHIP, and workplace plans vary a lot, so it's worth checking your plan's yearly limit before you start.

Cancelling or moving a visit
Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead. Call, text or email any time, even after hours, and we'll pick it up when we open.
A visit missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice is charged $30. We waive it for sudden illness, a family emergency or a snow day when the roads are bad.
