We bake on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for a small number of cafes and restaurants, and deliver ourselves before 7:30 am.

Delivery days and area
We drive the van ourselves, so the route stays small: Downtown, the Ward, Old University, Exhibition Park and St. George’s Park, roughly 6 km from the bakery. Just outside that? Ask; if it fits the route we’ll say yes.

Minimums and the fine print
- $60
- Minimum per delivery. Delivery itself is free.
- 2 weeks
- From tasting to first delivery, so we can fit you into the bake.
- 2 pm, two days ahead
- Last call to change a standing order for a given delivery.

- Invoiced at the end of each month, payable within 15 days.
Not gluten-free, and no custom cakes for events. Our bread shares a small room with a lot of flour.
