How a job runs, start to finish.
No surprises on the invoice and no surprises in your hallway. Here is what happens from the first visit to the last touch-up.
Five steps
Visit and written quote
We walk the rooms or the outside with you, measure, check for cracks, stains and peeling, and ask about colours and timing. The quote follows by email, itemized line by line, usually within two working days.
Prep
Patching, sanding, caulking and spot priming. On older homes this can be half the job, and the quote says so up front.
Protection
Furniture to the centre and wrapped, floors under canvas drop cloths, windows and fixtures masked. Outside, plants and decks are covered and the ground below is tarped.
Painting days
The same two or three painters each day, from about 8 until 4:30. Rooms are put back the same evening. Outside work moves if it rains.
Walkthrough at the end
We go room by room with you in daylight. Anything you point out is touched up there and then, and you keep the labelled leftover paint for later.
What a written quote looks like
Every room or wall gets its own line, with the prep spelled out. If you want to drop a room, you can see exactly what it changes.

Who will be in your house
One of our two crews, and the same crew for the whole job. The crew lead gives you a mobile number on the first morning, so questions go straight to the person holding the brush.
