We paint lived-in homes, so we work like guests: floors covered, furniture wrapped, switch plates back on, and the room usable again by evening.
What we paint inside
- Rooms
- Bedrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and basements. Two coats on every wall, cut in by hand at the ceiling line.
- Ceilings
- Flat white or a colour. Water stains are sealed with a stain-blocking primer first, so the brown ring doesn't come back.
- Trim
- Baseboards, window and door casings, crown moulding and stair spindles, sanded and finished in a hard-wearing semi-gloss.
- Doors
- Both sides and the frame, brushed and rolled for a smooth finish. Hardware comes off and goes back on.
Included in every room
- Furniture moved to the centre and wrapped in plastic.
- Floors covered with canvas drop cloths, taped along the edges.
- Switch plates and vent covers taken off and put back.
- Holes and cracks patched, sanded and spot primed.
- Two coats on the walls, paint included.
- Vacuumed, furniture back in place the same day.
You pick the colours and sheen. We bring the paint, the brushes, the ladders and the drop cloths.
Typical prices per room
For an average-sized room in London, two coats, paint and prep included, before HST. These are ranges, not quotes: your written quote prices each room after we've seen the walls.
