Send us the names and choices once. Every box arrives with a sticker on the lid: the person's name, their team or floor, what's inside, the dietary badges, and every priority allergen in it.
Our kitchen handles nuts, wheat and gluten, so we never promise a box is nut-free or gluten-free. The allergens page explains exactly what each badge means and what it doesn't.

Need something sooner? Call before 9 a.m. and we'll tell you honestly what the kitchen can still make that day.

Headcount, date, delivery time, budget and dietary counts. The form takes about three minutes.
We confirm with you
We call or email the same working day with the menu, the names list and the total. Nothing is placed until then.
We drop it off
Labelled boxes or hot trays arrive 30 minutes before lunch, set out on your table.

Ten boxes or ten people is our minimum, on weekday mornings and lunchtimes. We set up and leave; we don't stay to serve, and we don't do weddings or evening parties.
