Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteDropped (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

SiteDropped generates websites for local businesses using publicly available information from sources such as Google Maps, together with the details you provide. We offer a free preview and paid plans to publish and host your site on a subdomain or your own domain.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Your content and rights

You represent that you own or have the right to use the business name, details, and any content you submit, and that publishing your site does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to generate, host, and operate your site. You retain ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Do not impersonate a business you are not authorized to represent.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Do not use the Service to publish content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, or that promotes illegal goods or services.
• Do not scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the Service, or access it through automated means except via interfaces we provide.

We may remove content or suspend a site that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

AI-generated content

Your site is assembled automatically and may use artificial intelligence to draft copy and select imagery from your business details and public listing data. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We make no warranty that generated copy, translations, or imagery are accurate, original, non-infringing, or suitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your site before and after it is published, and you assume all responsibility for the content once you publish it.

Communications and outreach

We may contact you about your site and account — including by email, phone, or messaging — to deliver previews, respond to your requests, and send service, security, and billing notices. These service communications are part of the Service and you cannot opt out of them while you have an account. With your consent where required, we may also send you marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time. If you provide a business contact that you are authorized to use, you confirm you may receive communications from us at that contact.

Previews and accuracy

Previews are generated automatically and may contain errors or placeholder imagery. We do not display specific prices on a cold preview until you confirm them, and we use only licensed stock or AI imagery. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your site before publishing.

Fees, billing, and cancellation

Publishing and keeping your site live requires a paid plan made up of two parts:

• A one-time setup fee, charged once when you first publish your site. The setup fee is non-refundable once your site has been published.
• A recurring monthly subscription fee that keeps your site published and hosted. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

The exact amounts are shown at checkout before you pay. By completing checkout you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the setup fee and the recurring monthly fee to your payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period. After your paid period ends, your site is unpublished and may be taken offline, and any free subdomain may be released and reassigned. We may retain your site data for a limited time so you can reactivate, but we are not obligated to keep it indefinitely.

Fees are exclusive of any taxes, which are your responsibility. We may change our pricing on a going-forward basis; a change will not affect the billing period already in progress.

Domains

If you register a new domain or connect a domain you already own, that is provided subject to the policies of the relevant domain registrar and DNS provider. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the accuracy of any DNS changes and for maintaining ownership and renewal of any domain you connect. A domain you bring remains yours.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SiteDropped and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or technology except as needed to use the Service.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on a site we host infringes your copyright or trademark, email us at info@sitedropped.com with a description of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We may remove or disable access to the material and may terminate repeat infringers.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — including Google (Maps listing data), our hosting, domain, and DNS providers, our payment processor, email and telephony providers, and AI providers. Your use of those services through us is subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or pricing. A domain, Google Business Profile, or other third-party account you connect remains governed by that provider and remains your responsibility.

No responsibility for your website

SiteDropped provides tools to generate, publish, and host a website. The website is yours to operate, and we have no obligation or responsibility for, and make no guarantee about:

• the content, accuracy, or completeness of your published site, including any information drawn from your Google Maps listing or the details you provide;
• any business results, leads, sales, search-engine ranking, or traffic your site does or does not produce;
• the continuous availability or uptime of your site, which may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or causes outside our control;
• your Google Business Profile, domain, email, or any third-party service you connect, all of which remain solely your responsibility; and
• your compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to your business, your industry, or any claim made on your site.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and maintaining your site and its content before and after it is published.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or your site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteDropped will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service or your website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiteDropped and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your site or its content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you and SiteDropped submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@sitedropped.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing here limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your place of residence.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
