Wedding coverage
The whole day, as it actually happened
Two packages, both documentary: I follow the day rather than steering it, and step in only for family photos and a short portrait walk.

Most couples with a ceremony and reception in the same place choose the full day. Half day suits a later ceremony, a short reception, or a smaller budget.

From my side of the camera
Quiet, early, and fed
I arrive twenty minutes before I'm booked to start and introduce myself to your planner or venue coordinator. I wear dark clothes and soft shoes, I never use a flash during the ceremony, and I don't stand in the aisle.
At dinner I eat when you eat, so I'm back on my feet before the speeches. Please count me as one vendor meal.
$750Second photographer, full day ($450 half day)
A second photographer, when it helps
You don't always need one. I suggest it when the two of you get ready in different places, when there are more than 150 guests, or when the ceremony is somewhere I can't move freely, like a small church with a balcony.
The second photographer is a colleague I've shot alongside for years. They cover the other getting-ready room, the guests' faces during the vows, and the cocktail hour while I'm with the two of you. Their photos are edited by me and arrive in the same gallery.
Heirloom albums
Something to hand down
Files live on phones. An album lives on a shelf and gets pulled out at Christmas. I design each one myself from your gallery, send you the layout to change as much as you like, then send it to a bindery in Ontario.
- 10 × 10 in linen album, 30 spreads$950
- 12 × 12 in leather album, 40 spreads$1,450

The practical bits
Short answers to what people ask on the first call.
- Holding your date
- A signed agreement and a 30% retainer. The rest is due a month before the wedding, in up to three instalments if that's easier.
- Travel
- Included anywhere in Niagara. Prince Edward County weddings add $350 for travel, plus one night's room for a full day.
- Rain
- I've photographed plenty of wet days and they're often the best ones. Read the weather notes in the guide.
- Your photos
- Full-resolution files, no watermarks, with a personal printing licence. The gallery stays online for two years.
