Team

Five therapists, one house.

We share the house on Sorrel Avenue, meet every week and refer to each other when someone else on the team is a better fit. You'll find us by our initials here; you'll learn our names on your first call.

The rooms

A house first, an office second.

Four counselling rooms over two floors, each with a door that closes properly, soft light and a box of tissues within reach.

A calm living room with a long cream sofa, a rounded ottoman and two framed botanical prints
The front room. On the ground floor, where most first sessions happen.
A cream living room with a boucle armchair, a linen sofa, round rattan mirrors and dried grasses
The garden room. Also on the ground floor, with a sofa wide enough for two.
A pale stairwell with a skylight and a timber handrail
The stairs up. Two quieter rooms on the second floor, under the skylight.

How we match you

You can always ask to switch.

On your free call we ask what you're looking for, which days work, and whether you'd prefer a certain kind of person: someone older or younger, a man or a woman, someone who speaks French.

Then we suggest one therapist. If after a session or two it doesn't feel right, tell the office. You can switch to someone else on the team without giving a reason, and no one takes it personally.
