Check before you go
Heavy rain, a broken-down generator or an early sell-out can close the window early. If you're driving across town for us, call (555) 555-0196 first and we'll tell you how much brisket is left.
- Can you park at our workplace?
- We add a new weekday lunch stop when a site can promise about 60 orders. Ask us with the booking form and tell us how many people work there.
- Thursday nights at the brewery
- Food from 17:00 until 21:00 or until we run out. You order from the truck and eat on the patio. The brewery's own rules about age and seating apply.
- Saturday market
- Breakfast sandwiches with pulled pork and egg from 8:00, the full menu from 10:30.
- Why no Sunday stop?
- Sundays are for weddings and private parties, and for cleaning the smoker.
