Fill a shelf, or help keep the lights on.
Food donations stock the shop floor. Money pays for what donations don't cover: fresh milk and eggs, the walk-in fridge, the hydro bill and fuel for our volunteer drivers.

Use the side door on Arbour Street and ring the bell. Outside these hours, please don't leave bags at the door: they get rained on or picked through.
Please don't bring
- Opened packages
- Home canning
- Expired food
- Alcohol
- Leftovers
Too many zucchini? We'll take them.
Fresh produce from home gardens goes out on Tuesday or Saturday, so bring it in on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday morning. Clean off the worst of the soil, and leave out anything bruised or going soft.
Grocers, farms and bakeries with regular surplus: call us and we'll set up a pickup with one of our drivers.
Pledge a gift, then send it your way.
Tell us what you'd like to give and how. Our treasurer reads every pledge and writes back with what you need: e-transfer details, who to make a cheque out to, or a time to drop it off at the hall.
Ask us about receipts if you need one for your records.
Nothing is charged on this website. The form only records your pledge.
Other ways to help
Run a food drive
At work, school or your place of worship. We'll lend you a bin and print a list of what's most needed.
Give your time
A Saturday on the shop floor is worth a lot to us. See the volunteer shifts.
Lend a skill
Electricians, bookkeepers, translators, sign painters: tell us what you're good at and we'll find a use for it.
