Every fee at Quillfield, in one table. You pay at the desk after each visit and leave with a receipt to claim from your own extended health plan.

The fee is the same whoever you see.
We don't bill insurance plans directly. You pay at the desk, and we hand or email you a receipt to submit to your own extended health plan, usually through its app or website.
We can't look up your coverage for you, but we're glad to explain anything on a receipt.

If you can't make it, call or email at least 24 hours before your visit and there's no charge. Visits cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged half the visit fee, because that time can't be offered to someone else.
Snowstorms and sudden illness happen. Call us and we'll be reasonable.
Payment is taken after each visit, never before.
Receipts can be printed or emailed, whichever you prefer.
Tell us the kind of visit, or pick "not sure", and the times that suit you. The desk replies during opening hours, usually the same day.
