Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach us.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.
What we have done on this website
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast against the dark background.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
- Colour is never the only way we tell chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage apart: each coloured dot sits next to the written name.
- The weekly board on the home page is a list of days, with each person’s name, role and hours written out, so it reads in order with a screen reader.
- Fee tables use proper row and column headers.
- Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and the result of sending the form is announced.
- Animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
Reaching us without the form
You never have to use the online form. Call (555) 555-0119 or email hello@quillfield.example, and the front desk will take your request with you.
Known limitations
The weekly board shows a usual week. Holidays and one-off changes aren’t on it, so call if you need to know about a particular day. If you find anything on this website that is hard to use, please tell us.
