Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach us.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.
What we have done on this website
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible brass focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast against the dark background.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
- Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative lines and marks are hidden from screen readers.
- A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
- Frame and repair prices are in real tables with row and column headers; wide tables scroll inside their own box and can be reached with the keyboard.
- Every price is written out as text, never only shown in a picture.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and the result of sending the form is announced.
- The one small entrance movement on page headings stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
Reaching us without the form
You never have to use the online form. Call or text (555) 555-0125, or email hello@ottoline.example, and we will take your request with you.
