A taco bar that presses its own tortillas
We park, open the window and serve your guests for a set stretch of time. Weddings, office lunches, birthdays in the backyard, school fun fairs. You pick the fillings; we bring the truck, the generator, the plates and the salsas.

Prices are before HST. Travel within 40 km of downtown Ottawa is included; further than that is $2 per km each way. A 25% deposit holds the date once we've confirmed it with you.
The service window
How the day runs
Your guests line up at the window and order what they like from your fillings. At a steady pace we serve 80 to 100 guests an hour. For a crowd bigger than 180, we'll suggest a longer window so nobody waits too long.
What we need on site
Most backyards and parking lots work. The things that matter:
- A flat, firm spot about 8 m long and 4 m wide
- 3.5 m of clearance overhead, free of branches and wires
- A driveway or lane at least 3 m wide to get there
- Paving or dry, hard ground: soft lawn after rain won't hold the truck
- Permission from the venue or property owner to park
- Nothing else: we bring our own quiet generator and water
Pick a date and tell us about it
Summer Saturdays are usually spoken for two to three months ahead. Weekday office lunches can often be done with two weeks' notice. The request form takes a couple of minutes, and we reply with availability and a quote.
