No. We are planners only. We find, book and manage the venue, caterer, florist, rentals, photographer and the rest, and you pay each of them directly. Our fee covers our planning and nothing else.

Everywhere from Vernon to Osoyoos: Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Summerland, Naramata, Penticton and Oliver. Travel in that area is included. Beyond it, such as Revelstoke or the Similkameen, we add mileage and, when needed, a night's stay.

One wedding a weekend, so both of us are at every wedding we plan. For August and September Saturdays, couples usually enquire 14 to 18 months ahead.

A 30% retainer with the signed agreement holds your date. For full and partial planning, the next 35% is due six months out and the rest a month before the wedding. Month-of coordination is half at signing and half a month before.

No. We take no commissions, referral fees or kickbacks from any vendor. Our shortlists are based on your date, your budget and how well a vendor works on the kind of site you chose.

Possibly not, so ask what they cover. A venue coordinator works for the venue: their room, their bar and their staff. They usually do not manage your outside vendors, your timeline, your rain plan or your shuttles. That is the gap we fill.

Yes. With partial planning or month-of coordination we take over the vendors you have, read their contracts and add them to the run sheet.

You will already have a plan B, booked and priced with the venue when you sign. We read the forecast with you 72 hours out and make the call by 10 a.m. two days before, so vendors have time to adjust.

Late summer here can mean 35 degrees or a smoky sky. Every plan includes a shaded or later ceremony time, water for guests, an indoor ceremony option and a covered space for cocktail hour. Air quality is part of the 72-hour call.

Yes, for weddings of 20 guests or more. For small weddings, month-of coordination is usually the right fit, and the price starts at the same $2,450.
