Accessibility statement

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.

What we have done on this website

• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast, on the ivory pages and on the dark olive sections.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
• Every meaningful image has a text description; the botanical drawings are decorative and hidden from screen readers.
• A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
• The package comparison is a real table with row and column headers, and it scrolls sideways on its own on small screens.
• The questions page uses standard expandable sections that work with a keyboard and screen readers.
• Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and the result of sending the form is announced.
• The one entrance animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion, and no content is hidden until you scroll.

Reaching us without the form

You never have to use the online form. Call or text (555) 555-0134, or email hello@marigoldpine.example, and we will take your enquiry with you.
