Clear prices, written down before we start

After the free home visit you get a written plan and a price. If the job grows, we tell you before we do the extra hours, not after.

Hourly, for any part of the work

Good for a few sorting sessions, setting up a suite after family did the move, or help with one room. Three-hour minimum per visit. The moving crew is billed separately by the hour, at their rate, which we quote you upfront.

Prices in Canadian dollars, plus GST. Extra hours at $70 per team member.

What changes the price

How much there is: A tidy one-bedroom and a house with a full basement and garage are different jobs. The home visit is how we see it.
How much is decided: If the family has already chosen what goes, sorting is quick. If every drawer needs a conversation, we plan more sessions.
Stairs and elevators: Walk-up stairs, a long hallway, or an elevator you can only book for two hours all change how long the crew takes.
Distance: Moves within Greater Victoria are covered. Further up the Island, we add driving time. Moves to the mainland are quoted.
Fragile collections: China cabinets, a thousand books, or framed art take more time and materials to pack well.
Month end: Crews are busiest on the last and first days of the month. A mid-month date can cost less.
