Most roadside calls take 15 minutes once we're there. If it turns out the car needs a tow after all, we take the roadside price off the tow.

A jump start from a booster pack or the truck. We test the battery and tell you if it will make it home.

Battery test included

We put your spare on, torque the nuts and check its pressure. No spare, or a wheel lock with no key? Then it's a tow.

Keys locked in, or dead fob. We open the door with air wedges and a reach tool, no slim-jims on side airbags.

Ownership or ID checked first

Up to 10 litres of regular or diesel, charged at the price we paid at the pump, receipt shown.

Gas or diesel

Prices in CAD before HST. Calls dispatched between midnight and 6:00 add $40. Outside Greater Sudbury, add $2.50 per km from the city limit.

When you call

Where you are: an address, a highway and kilometre marker, or the nearest crossroad.
The vehicle: make, model, colour, and whether it is an EV or hybrid.
What happened: no crank, clicking, a flat, keys inside, out of fuel.
A phone number the driver can reach you on when they're close.

We don't do repairs, batteries or tires for sale. If the car needs a part, we tow it to the mechanic you choose.

We can't charge an EV at the roadside. It goes on a flatbed to the nearest charger or to your home, at the normal tow rate.
