Six coffees, each with its card

Four single origins that change with the seasons and two house blends that don’t. Every bag is 340 g of whole beans, or ground for your brewer if you ask.

How to read a card

Code
HM for single origins, HB for house blends. Handy when you’re ordering by phone.
Roasted
The day it came out of the drum. We sell a coffee for about three weeks after that.
Process
How the fruit came off the bean. Washed tastes cleaner and brighter; natural is fruitier and heavier.
Tastes like
What we taste when we cup it. Not added flavours, just what the coffee reminds us of.

Monthly · $23 a bag

The roaster’s pick

On the first Friday of each month we roast one small lot that won’t make the regular shelf: a rare variety, an experimental process, a farm we’re trying for the first time. There’s usually enough for about forty bags.

Reserve one and we write your name on it and hold it for seven days. No subscription, no card on file; you decide each month.
