Before you come
Your first visit
What to pack, the few house rules, what you won't find here, and how to reach us through the trees in any season.
What to bring
Swimsuit
Changing rooms with showers are right by the entrance.
Pool sandals
The paths are outdoors. Buy a pair at the desk if you forget.
Robe and towel
Or rent them when you check in: $15 and $6.
A wool toque
In winter it keeps your head warm while the rest of you cools off.
Water bottle
Plastic or metal, never glass. Refill stations at every building.
Photo ID
We check that everyone is 18 or older at the desk.
House rules
Six of them, all there so that everyone gets the same calm three hours.
Adults only
Everyone on site is 18 or older. Babies and children can't come in, even to watch.
Quiet zone
Low voices on the paths and in the pools, silence in the sauna, steam room and cabins.
No phones in the baths
Phones, cameras and speakers stay in your locker for the whole visit.
Shower first
Rinse off before your first pool and after every sauna or steam.
No glass, no alcohol
Bring water in a plastic or metal bottle. Heat and alcohol don't mix.
Sit on a towel
In the sauna and the steam room, always, for the next person's sake.
What isn't here
Not on site
Massage
Frostline is a thermal circuit and nothing else. If you'd like a massage the same day, ask at the desk and we'll point you to day spas in the village. You book those with them directly.
Small on purpose
Food
There's a snack counter by the entrance with soup, herbal tea, fruit and bars, and no restaurant. Eat a proper meal a couple of hours before you arrive, not right before.
Check with your doctor first
Moving between heat and cold puts real strain on your heart and blood pressure. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, please talk to your doctor before you book.
If you feel dizzy or unwell at any point, leave the heat, sit down and tell any of our staff. They wear charcoal jackets and walk the circuit all day.
