A loading fee, a rate per kilometre, and nothing hidden
You can work out most trips yourself before you call. We confirm the exact price on the phone, and that is the price on the invoice unless you ask for something extra.
Loading fee
$95
Covers the photos, winching, strapping and unloading at both ends. Equipment that needs chains is $150.
Per kilometre
$3.40 / km
Counted from pickup to drop-off along the route we drive, loaded. Empty kilometres to reach you are not charged anywhere between Victoria and Campbell River.
Ferry fare
At cost
Mainland runs pay the truck's fare both ways, since it has to come home. The receipts go on your invoice.

- Pay on delivery by debit, credit card or Interac e-Transfer. Dealers can be invoiced monthly.
- Cancel or move your day for free up to 24 hours before pickup.
- If we cannot load safely when we arrive, you pay nothing for that visit.
