How we load

Slow on, strapped right, checked twice

Photos first
We walk around your vehicle with you and photograph every panel and wheel before it moves. You get the same set at drop-off.
Winch, not engine
Everything comes up the deck on the winch at walking pace, even cars that run, so a cold engine or a slipping clutch never matters.
Four wheel straps
Soft straps over each tire hold the car by its wheels, so the suspension moves the way it was built to.
A stop at 10 km
We pull over after the first few kilometres and check every strap, then again on any long run or before the ferry.

Island and ferry routes

From your driveway to the other side of the water

Most of our runs stay on the Island. When a car is headed to Vancouver, an auction in the Lower Mainland or a buyer across the strait, it rides the ferry on our deck.

  1. Pickup

Your driveway, a storage unit, a dealer lot or the auction yard. Photos taken.

  2. Road

Island Highway, Malahat or the Pacific Rim road, at a steady, careful pace.

  3. Ferry

Departure Bay or Duke Point sailings. The fare is passed on at cost, receipt included.

  4. Drop-off

Unloaded by winch, photographed again, keys handed over in person.

What we do not do

We are not a 24-hour tow. We do not take roadside calls at night, and we do not carry anything heavier than our deck is rated for. If you are stuck on the highway tonight, call your roadside plan or a local tow company, and call us in the morning if the car needs a planned move after that.

Book a transport

Tell us what it is, where it is, and where it is going. We call you back with a price and a pickup window before anything is booked.
