Lot to lot, auction to buyer, with the paperwork right
We move cars for independent dealers, private buyers and sellers who bought or sold at auction. One car or a few a week, on a schedule you can plan around.
Pickups
From an auction yard, another dealer, a trade-in at the customer's home or a car you bought online from the mainland. We bring the release paperwork and check the VIN on the car against it before it moves.
If the yard has a pickup cut-off, give us the time and we plan the day around it.
Deliveries
To your lot, to the detailer, or straight to a buyer's driveway. The car comes off the deck clean of strap marks, and we wait while the buyer looks it over if you want us to.
We can take a signed delivery note back to you the same day.
Paperwork and keys
What happens at every handover
The same five steps at pickup and drop-off, so nothing depends on who was driving that day.
- Release or work orderWe carry the auction release, bill of sale or your work order and name it on our job sheet.
- VIN checkThe VIN on the dash is read against the paper before the car goes on the deck.
- Key countEvery key and fob is counted, written down and kept in a sealed bag in the cab.
- Condition photosPanels, wheels, glass and odometer, sent to you by text or email that day.
- SignatureThe person receiving the car signs for it and the keys. You get a copy.

- One invoice a month by email, each car listed with its VIN and route
