Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach us.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.
What we have done on this website
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and the focus outline is thick and dark.
- Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast. The orange buttons carry dark text, never white.
- Body text is set at 19 pixels in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface drawn for readers with low vision, and the page folds into a single column on a narrow screen or when you zoom.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
- Prices sit in a real table with column and row headings, and the checklists are real lists.
- The questions open and close with native controls that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
- Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and the result of sending the form is announced.
- The one gentle entrance animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
